A portable flywheel workout station. The first modular designed, portable kinetic training device based on flywheel technology. Create energy by accelerating and braking the flywheel. The interchangeable flywheels are mounted to a shaft that is rotated by pulling it, using a band that is attached to the handle. Universal adapter allows this to be mounted to columns, poles, trees, or fences. Includes (2) 4mm flywheels, pulling strap, (2) hand grips, leg cuff, and fastening strap.
