SteelBells are a cross between a sandbag and a dumbbell. Great to use for all dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball and bodyweight exercises. Disc shape challenges grip strength and gives it an unpredictable shape. Made of a tough, stretchy neoprene. Soft and safe! Comes with steel shot in them and have a thicker neoprene shell, tougher rim and stronger seams than the SandBells.
