The MoveStrong™ Functional Training Station combines basic human movements with the latest functional strength training techniques using resistance bands, ropes, rings, barbells and rotational trainers.


Introducing the latest Functional Training Station designed to provide endless exercise options in a safe designated area of your facility. The MoveStrong™ Functional Training System Club Model is ideal for group functional training workouts in a class setting or just to provide your clients with safe equipment to perform traditional bodyweight training mixed with the latest in functional strength training exercises. Each MoveStrong Functional Training Station has 25 feet by 23 feet of training space that includes room for traditional bodyweight exercises.

  • Multiple options for traditional bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, monkey bars, inverted rows, step-ups, and dips
  • Integrate the latest functional training exercises into your clients’ routines with training ropes, suspended exercise, resistance bands, gymnastic rings, and more
  • Easily accommodate 8-12 participants at one time for group workouts
  • Safe and secure anchor points for your suspension exercise devices and training ropes

  • 4 plate storage holders
  • 1 logo plate in center section
  • Monkey bars can be arranged at different heights
