Airex Balance Pads improve joint stability through moderate instability. The unique closed-cell design allows you to slightly sink into the Airex Pad, creating instability. It feels like you are standing on a gel-filled pad. Stand on one or two legs and perform squats, lunges, and reaching touches.

The Airex Balance Pad measures 20"L x 16.4"W x2.5"H.

The Airex Balance Pad Elite has a non-slip texture to reduce sliding (20"L x 16.4"W x 2.5"H).

The Airex® Balance Pad XL has the same unique design as the Elite Airex® Pad but is longer in length to allow for more space for your exercises (38"L x 16.4"W x 2.5"H).

The Airex® Travel Pad has the same great material as the regular Airex® Balance Pads, but their smaller size makes them ideal for traveling and storage (16"L x 10"W x 2.5"H).

The Airex Balance Beam has a trapezoid design. Use Airex Foam Balance Beams with the wide side down for greater stability, and narrow side down for more instability.
