Why spend so much time on the kettlebell swing? The swing is the most fundamental drill in all of kettlebell training. The hip drive, focus on core (front and back), and use of momentum are key elements of many more advanced kettlebell drills such as the snatch, clean, and jerk. If you haven’t mastered the swing, you won’t perform any of those drills correctly.
